Libertas Scotiæ (mp3)There are some new videos on You Tube featuring Ronan Guilfoyle the Composer and Acoustic Bass Guitarist (and greatest Irish export since Guinness!) Here is what he says:
“An excerpt from a performance by Simulacrum, my double trio (string and guitar) featuring Dominique Pifarély (vln), Tanya Kalmanovitch (vla), Vincent Courtois (clo), Joe O Callaghan (gtr), RG, and Sean Carpio (dm). here
There’s also a clip from a free-wheeling performance by the trio of myself Julian Arguelles and the great Jim Black here
And finally, back to the roots, a duo performance with the swing pianist Phil DeGreg, recorded at an informal house concert last year here”
Its always great to get an opportunity to check out Ronan’s music. And if you search on You Tube and his website you will find other videos featuring him.
